Good afternoon Crystal. Thank you for the feedback. This is Aaron McAbee, GM at Jerry Hunt Supercenter. I tried reaching out to you to resolve this issue before I responded to your review. I called and your voicemail hasn't been set up yet. I understand your frustration that you had to bring your vehicle back as I would be frustrated as well. I will say it was not because we didn't want to sell you a vehicle. So when we take a customers information for the application we rely on the customer being truthful. As the bank went to verify the information that we gave them, the info that we collected from you, they found out that you did not work at the place of business that was told to us. Unfortunately when a bank finds false information there is no other choice but for the dealer to have the customer bring the vehicle back because there not going to complete the loan. Again I understand the frustration but we had no choice but to have you bring it back based on the information that you provided us. Have a blessed day.

Ivan knew all the information up front but because he decided to send me flowers to my job and I wouldn’t go out with him is when he changed his behavior instead of keeping it professional!! Ask him about that!!
