Overall everything was great! Tommy Shaw was awesome and very easy to deal with. It was a quick and easy process! We love our car! Matt was awesome!! Matt was our salesman and he was more than just a salesman! Mike Black is THE BEST This was my first time buying a car with out someone helping me. Mike was so casual and easy going he made me feel like I was important. Many of the sales people on the floor while asking me if I was being helped just seemed busy. Not Mike. He answered every single question I asked, he did not get irritated when i had a ton of questions and he busted his tail to make sure I got the car wanted in the price range I can afford and not only that, he was just human with me. I can't express how much Mike made a difference. I will be back might be 10 more years but I will be. Mike is a true gem! Also, I would like to add that Haleigh in the finance office is probably the nicest, sweetest, and most efficient person that I have ever dealt with. She was absolutely fantastic. Still waiting for final determination John Singletary was a great sales rep. Knowledgeable , helped me find the right car for what I need. When the car was delivered to my home I noticed t John Singletary was a great sales rep. Knowledgeable , helped me find the right car for what I need. When the car was delivered to my home I noticed the front passenger quarter panel was loose. I immediately called John and I have an appointment set up for Wednesday 2/27 for service to fix. I am not pleased that within minutes of receiving my car I am already having to take time out to bring the car in. We will see how this process goes. More
