The best customer service experience ever! After researching Jerry Hunt Super Center extensively, I repeatedly found not only excellent reviews on the dealership but multitudes of excellent rev After researching Jerry Hunt Super Center extensively, I repeatedly found not only excellent reviews on the dealership but multitudes of excellent reviews on Jason Anderson. Because of repeated positive experiences, I decided to call Jerry Hunt for Jason. My initial conversation with Jason was enough of confidence to encourage me to make the 2 hr and 15 minute trip from Columbia, South Carolina to purchase a vehicle. From the beginning Jason was very thorough, helpful, loyal, personable, selfless not selfish, understanding, compassionate, honest, helpful, and remained true to his word in returning phone calls in a timely manner. He also called after hours to inquire if I needed assistance including driving the car to me and/or meeting me with the vehicle. On arrival my husband and I was greeted in the parking lot by Jason, whom had the vehicle waiting front and center for a test drive. The car was very clean, beautiful, and well presented in excellent condition. I decided to go with this vehicle. Jason offered us refreshments and gave us a tour; the building is very clean, refreshing, and I love the decor at Jerry Hunt! The paperwork process was completed with ease due to Jason gave me a list of items I would need to bring to include in the paperwork. Jason shared quite a few personal testimonies with us as well as I shared my own, which meant alot to me. He was open, honest, and his spirit is phenomenal! There were several other staff members on site whom were very friendly and were concerned about our well-being in regards to our 2 hr ride. Once the transaction was completed in a timely manner, I walked away with a beautiful black Nissan Altima that will be used as a back up car due to my job requires travel. I overall wanted a pick-up truck but after reviewing several current factors I decided to make the truck my next vehicle. Jason was not pushy yet allowing me to make my own decision, yet supporting my future goals in the near future. The finance manager (very nice young lady) was very friendly, encouraging, and understanding as well. There is no other way, I will most definitely drive 2 hrs again to purchase from Jerry Hunt, well worth it. Jason is truly an asset to Jerry Hunt! Good, friendly service Yeaterday, I decided to make an appointment with Jerry Hunt Super Center in an attempt to purchase a truck that I had been wanting for a while. Today, Yeaterday, I decided to make an appointment with Jerry Hunt Super Center in an attempt to purchase a truck that I had been wanting for a while. Today, upon my arrival, I was greeted before I even walked into the door, by Scott King. Scott immediately asked if I needed any help, in which I replied that I had an appointment at 1pm with Aly. Scott immediately walked to the back to confirm my appointment and promptly came back to show me to his desk. Scott then asked what kind of vehicle I was looking for, in which I stated that I was looking for a smaller 4WD truck. Scott started researching the trucks on the lot on his computer and located a Nissan Frontier and several Toyota Tacomas. Scott showed me to the parking lot where we reviewed several trucks. I decided to test drive a White Nissan Frontier. After test driving the Nissan, I came back and looked it over and then I test drove a Black Toyota Tacoma. I really liked both trucks, but I seemed to like the Toyota better, so Scott had someone appraise my vehicle to further the process. Scott then walked me back into the building to his desk to obtain further information about my vehicle and myself. Scott then ran the numbers to estimate how much payments would be. Scott came back with the payments for the Tacoma but unfortunately they were too high for my budget, due to owing money on my current vehicle. Scott said not to worry and walked away. Scott returned with the payment estimate for the Nissan Frontier and I was relieved by the payment. I told Scott to let me review everything and talk it over with family and friends. Scott left the desk while I reviewed the information and returned to find that I had agreed to the truck and payments. Scott was very personable, friendly and straight forward with the entire process. Thanks again for an awesome truck! More
