We did not expect to receive a check so quickly with no questions asked; replacement parts are on order and will be here in a couple of days. We feel that our buying experience was very low key and hassle free. You showed great interest in finding us a Ford truck which suited our needs very well. The truck was well prepped by your crew and looks to be brand new sitting in our driveway. It is definitely a sharp-looking truck and also is very well equipped for the price. We already drove it to Maggie Valley and the Blue Ridge Pkwy and it performed very well indeed! We have received and continue to receive compliments from neighbors and strangers on the F150. We told everyone who asked where we purchased it and also the incredible truck inventory you all carry. We certainly will be heading back to Jerry Hunt when we decide to trade our 2006 Jeep Wrangler. Great experience Well, I guess first off I should say I "cringe" at the thought of going to a car dealership and having salesmen come at you like a wild animal after t Well, I guess first off I should say I "cringe" at the thought of going to a car dealership and having salesmen come at you like a wild animal after their prey! Haha I typically just want to browse around and look, if I need to ask a question, I will find a salesman. However, when we went to Jerry Hunt's to "just look" for a car for my daughter, I didn't feel this way at all. We were able to walk around and browse, then when I had a question, I saw Mr. Rick Green and he was more than happy to help. Even after we engaged, I still did not feel pressured. Also, I was particularly looking for a stick shift, that was one of my daughters top features she wanted in a car. When at first we weren't able to locate one, Mr. Green didn't try to convince us to simply "settle" for an automatic. He came across as sincerely wanting to make sure we found what we wanted, not just make a sale. He walked around the lot with us and we found exactly what we were looking for. The car was new to their inventory, so all the information was not on the paperwork he had, but he quickly got it for us. We were very interested in the car but I told Mr. Green that I wanted my daughter (who was at work) to see the car first before we committed to buying. He suggested that we could take the car for a drive and feel free to take it by her work to see it then. Once we decided to purchase the car, Mr. Green made the process very easy and relaxed. Again, not making us feel pressured. The paperwork process went smoothly and took much less time than my other experiences of buying a car. He made sure that we got a great deal and were comfortable with the terms. Mr. Green is by far the most sincere and personable "salesman" I have EVER dealt with. He never once made us feel pressured or rushed to make a decision. The whole experience at Jerry Hunt's was very pleasant and working with Mr. Green was a pleasure. I would certainly consider buying from Jerry Hunt's again and would absolutely want to do business with Mr. Green again! More

Fantastic shopping experience. First of all, this is the only dealership/car lot that really tried to find what I wanted and not just stick me in something. I looked all over and ev First of all, this is the only dealership/car lot that really tried to find what I wanted and not just stick me in something. I looked all over and even drove nearly an hour to deal with these guys. Rick was extremely helpful and stayed in touch throughout the week until we found the exact truck I was looking for. Then I couldn't get approved for the amount I needed but their finance ladies put continuous effort until I got the extra money I needed. After it was all said and done I drove away very satisfied in the truck I wanted with a good deal. These people are great and not trying to get an arm and leg for everything on the lot. I highly recommend at least talking to them. If you have a chance, ask for Rick, he's the man. Thank you Rick and Jerry Hunt supercenter for such a great experience. More
