After several conversations I chose to stop by and visit. When I arrived Jodi introduced me to Raul, Sales Person. My husband and I had met him one other evening at the dealership and had told him we were looking at cars but Jodi was talking to us. He was still willing to show us cars and was not pushy at all. When I met with Raul, he was very patient in the process of choosing a vehicle that would be right for me and in my budget. He introduced us to Mr. Hunt and he gave us a fair offer in the situation. Mr. Justin Wilson, Sales Manager also checked with us to make sure all was going well. Debby Knott, Finance person was so helpful to work with me with my lender and insurance company. I can't say enough good things about how things rolled at the Jerry Hunt dealership. They were very professional as well as personable. I am excited about my new vehicle. I look forward to driving it for a long time. Raul is a huge asset to Jerry Hunt along with the others. I felt really like was trying to in my best interest and not like many other car salespeople. Good Salesman, Good Truck, TERRIBLE SERVICE DEPARTMENT Truck was in service repair department for two whole days. Came back and nothing was fixed. Rude when asked about fixing what they ORIGINALLY said the Truck was in service repair department for two whole days. Came back and nothing was fixed. Rude when asked about fixing what they ORIGINALLY said they would fix. Mechanic continued to argue with me when I told him that it was not fixed saying that it was when it clearly was not fixed. No communication between the salesmen and mechanics. I gave my list of things that needed to be fixed on the truck to two different people and yet nothing on the list was fixed when I came back. They have a good warranty but good luck ever getting anything fixed. I will not be able to take my truck back for another two weeks to get it fixed! Everyone was nice and pleasant and saying they would fix any complications with the truck before it was bought but once the truck was bought all of the customer service went out the window. More

Restaurants experiences and healthcare visits can be redeemed by the character of one single employee. Such was the case for us. Mo Chilton served us well. He served his company well. And he earned my deepest respect and appreciation for doing more than the "minimum" or simply what the basic expectations are for a salesman at Jerry Hunt. It's this kind of unconventional, atypical service that does more than sell a car; it recasts the entire concept.
