JoCee was a great sales associate to work with. She did advocate for us to get the best deal for our trade and the purchase of our 2020 Cadillac XT6. However, we waited for a hour on the finance de She did advocate for us to get the best deal for our trade and the purchase of our 2020 Cadillac XT6. However, we waited for a hour on the finance department. When we finally got there he was unprepared and another hour of signing and waiting to sign more paperwork. We still had to wait another 15 minutes to get our copies of the signed documents. We drive an hour and a half back home to discover he still didn’t have us sign power of attorney for our trade in. We were sent online documents to sign again and still he had to overnight the power of attorney for us to sign and mail back. After all that, he said that they would mail us our second key fob when the registration came back. Frustrating not having everything covered, signed, and given to us when we drove off the lot. I did leave my trade with just over a half tank of gas, but only got a half tank in our XT6 when we left. More
