Update - I bought the camery last night 12/28/23, at first it looked clean with few missed details, however it was just cleaned (wet). I was told it would be wiped down again when signing paperwork. However once home last night it became very clear the car once was owned by a very messy hoarder. I spent $100 on cleaning supplies and four hours of my families time on my only day off cleaning from top to bottom in and out even needing tips and toothpicks so that we could get the dry what we hoped was ketchup out of the bottoms on the steering wheel to the what looked to be mold growing in the ventilation system. I was highly displeased because I've just spent $31k on a 19k priced vehicle after adding the warrenty and interest these corporations charge you, even tho we've never been late paying any bill for the last 20 years. To add, the LoJack which is $500+ dollars and is mandatory, was Not installed on my vehicle, which was told it was ready to use, when I didn't want it in the first place. So now I have to spend another 40 min drive to go down there on my next and only day off to get it. After spending so much money I feel very taken advantage of. I spend my occupation helping others in mental health, and can't understand why someone would knowingly willfully do something like selling a hoarded vehicle at above average price to someone so caring and loving. I even had my whole family there that I work 158 hours a week for! I hope come this Friday picking up my LoJack they will try and make it right. I hope they read this review. They pride themselves on reviews... I've never been one to over exaggerate, and I never go out of my way to complain, however this is highly un necessary for a corporation of their size. Update : 1-2-24 Having the car a few days now I've come to learn I will have to order a new driver seat. Since the car has aired out a bit, the pee smell is I'm sure coming back. The front driver seat reeks of urine so badly that once home after a days work I take my clothes off and my pants smell just like the seat. Whomever in charge of viewing and cleaning these cars must have some kind of loyalty when it comes to selling cars. This is outrageous! I spend new car prices buying this car that had very obviously hoardered in, and must have smelt like straight up xxxx before you all cleaned it and added all the toxic chemicals to make the car smell clean. So far I'm starting the new year off right 👌 first family car experience horrible. Update 1-6-24 Todd the owner called me 1-4-2023 a day before I was supposed to come back for my LoJack to be installed. He spoke about what had happened, and let me know that my car was pulled off the detail line early and shouldn't had. Todd was very nice and made a great promise to ensure that when I came up there to get my LoJack (not wanting it I stalled) that he would give me a vehicle to drive until my car was fully detailed.. Well when I went yesterday another 45 min drive there.. where I was greeted by Corey my salesman. Nothing Todd said had been told to Corey or the mechanic so I had to explain everything. Yet I never was given a car. After 30 min I was told that I could come back when I had someone to pick me up so I could get my car fully detailed. At least they gave me what I spent on cleaning supplies... Won't be working with these people ever again! Unless it's directly thru the owner. I would most definitely recommend Todd to work hands on with his employees. Your business is only as good as your worst employee, and I being as aware as I am can only think what Todd let's go, for the sake of his business. So much I could of typed but jewgle won't let me.
