The dealership was fine, I have dealt with them before. But this new/younger generation of sales people think that all communication should be done by text and almost zero talking on the phone..is troublin But this new/younger generation of sales people think that all communication should be done by text and almost zero talking on the phone..is troubling. Because good conversations about a potential vehicle sale is traditionally how things have gotten done. Open verbal communication also gets customers questions answered and sales finalized.
