I have had issues with the vehicle since day 1. They fixed one issue that came up during the test drive but not the other issues found during my test drive. I have told my salesman several times to remind him these issues were there during the test drive BEFORE I bought the car and he promised it would be fixed. I feel like I bought a lemon. As a woman and single Mom I feel like I was taken advantage of and I bought a lemon. If I could give it back and get my big down payment back I would and go elsewhere. So many other issues I don't want to put out to the public but really should. More

Beware of them pushing Lojack service! !! It's optional but they never say that. I also asked if it was a subscription service and was told No. Well it IS a subscription service at $495 per !! If you finance that, because they add it to price of car,that was almost $2000 for one year of Lojack that i didn't really want. Beware of the finance department!!! More

My salesman Rick Green and finance person Bob Mongomery were great!! The final delivery on vehicle was less stunning. We sent the vehicle to clean up to get a scratch out and clean truck for delivery. The were great!! The final delivery on vehicle was less stunning. We sent the vehicle to clean up to get a scratch out and clean truck for delivery. The scratch is still there and the interior of the truck was awful. I was also told to bring it back to get a chip in windshield repaired. I tool time off work to get this done but the chip looks exactly the same as it did upon arrival. If the back end was half as great as front of house folks this would be a 5 star review. More

I don't think my salesman was very honest, he did not disclose damage that the car I was buying had hail damage. I did not notice it until they delivered it to my house, and I was looking down on the car disclose damage that the car I was buying had hail damage. I did not notice it until they delivered it to my house, and I was looking down on the car. They are so lucky MIguel? was still there when I noticed the damage. He assured me that MR. Hunt was an extremely honest person and would do whatever it took to make me happy, he had so much faith in his boss, he told me he has worked there a long time and never has he seen Mr. hunt not take care of his customers. It is rare to see such loyalty in an employee. It turned out Miguel was right MR. Hunt called me the next day and was willing to do whatever I wanted to make me happy, They fixed the damage, and I love my car. If it wasn't for Miguel? Their is so way I would have bought the car. I truly hope Mr. hunt realizes what an honest, loyal employee he has, he is worth his weight in gold.melanie More
