These people go above & beyond the call of duty in making sure that you are happy with your service. Not only the service department but paint and body shop also. The Lexington dealership was on the fence at first, they scheduled me for a test drive on Saturday morning, I live an hour and 20 min away. So I set this up after I test drove another vehicle at the Salisbu scheduled me for a test drive on Saturday morning, I live an hour and 20 min away. So I set this up after I test drove another vehicle at the Salisbury location when o got there they said the truck was in service because it was a new trade but is listed on the website. At first it didn’t look like I was going to be able to test drive the truck which is a similar situation I had at the Salisbury location. But Lexington store turned it around thanks to isaiah he was very helpful and determined in making sure i was able to test drive the vehicle I was interested in that I was scheduled to test drive. Isaiah really came through for me, if I was unable to test drive the vehicle due to not being available because it was going through service I probably would have ended up somewhere else. He was a big part in why we purchased with Jerry hunt of Lexington. The Salisbury store was another matter all together, similar situation, found the truck I wanted to test drive and they set me up for a drive on Saturday being I live so far away, when I got there for my appointment and told them the truck I was scheduled to test drive they were not sure if it was sold or not, they had to check so we waited a few and when they came back it was in fact sold the day prior. A phone call to inform me would have been very helpful in planning my day. They tried to get me to look at other vehicles on the lot and when I said no I’m going to go to the Lexington store for my other appointment they said let us check if it’s still available and said it was in the shop and more than likely wouldn’t be able to drive it. So I was very disappointed over this and not happy about how this was going. Luckily Isaiah and Lexington store came through for me. Very happy with the truck and purchase with Jerry hunt Lexington. More

The dealership was super busy & very professional. However, I wrote an email to my sales person a couple of days after purchasing my vehicle asking some questions & I haven’t heard one word back & it’ However, I wrote an email to my sales person a couple of days after purchasing my vehicle asking some questions & I haven’t heard one word back & it’s been over 2 weeks. I then forwarded my email to the internet sales person I spoke with to get me in the dealership & I still haven’t heard one word back. If they can’t answer the questions they should at least be forwarded to someone who can. Poor customer service! I also was told that my car came with a 2nd key but was then told it was at a different location & I would be receiving it in the mail but have yet to receive anything. It would be nice to receive at least an email acknowledging the email that I sent and some answers to my questions! More
