Staff was friendly enough but we waited a very long time to sign paperwork. Then we were told we had to wait 30 days to get the 2nd key to our vehicle as per their policy. Due to my inconvenience of the radio and GPS not working, and missing a spare tire when I purchased the truck, Sales Manager Justin told me twice th Due to my inconvenience of the radio and GPS not working, and missing a spare tire when I purchased the truck, Sales Manager Justin told me twice that he would fill the truck up with fuel before he returned it to my house when they had to fix the radio and GPS. When the driver returned my truck, it only had an 1/8 of a tank of fuel. The driver stated no one told him to fill it up. The driver stated he would advise you that the truck only had 1/8 tank when he returned it. Still have not heard from anyone. More
