I don’t want to call name’s out, but when we came we was supposed to looked at a honda and they let somebody else get the Honda the same day and time we came. Plus they only let us look at two cars which I supposed to looked at a honda and they let somebody else get the Honda the same day and time we came. Plus they only let us look at two cars which I felt like they was trying to put us in what they wanted us to be in and I didn’t like that! All those cars out there and every time I asked a question about a car I was kinda given the cold shoulder.And also they had already ran our credit before we came so I asked the sales person did they need to run it again he said no they I seen where they ran our credit several times and some was with the same finance company’s! More

Experience at purchase was good, but I was told that dealership handle title and licensing but I received a bill for 600 with plates with only a temporary sticker, felt mislead.
