Building is clean, including updated restrooms. Salesman, Bryan Gomez, was excellent! I left the dealership Saturday and picked up a case of water at the grocery store. I noticed it then as the passenger side was facing me. I took it to Jerry Hunt, as none of us didn't see the scratch Thursday, and the scratch had touch up paint in the deep part of the scratch. He offered to have me bring to the service center Wednesday to try and buff out. I should have noticed before I pulled off the lot, so I don't blame him or Jerry Hunt. I will buy touch up paint and repair the area. Bryan was an absolute polite and courteous associate. I would deal with him again. He called a few times to follow up and offer suggestions on vehicles that were for sale. At no time was he pushy or rude. I generally don't like to buy vehicles, but this experience was a good one for me. More

I would have given a 5 Star review but my experience was wasn’t 100% joyful! I bought a car and for the 1st 2 weeks it was in the shop. I was frustrated but thankful that they put me in a rental so I would wasn’t 100% joyful! I bought a car and for the 1st 2 weeks it was in the shop. I was frustrated but thankful that they put me in a rental so I would have transportation and I feel like the 1st technician didn’t do a great job and just tried to assess and get the car back. I had to take it back to the shop and the 2nd technician did a thorough and better assessment. They repaired the car on tne 2nd go round. My experience buying the car was good but what made me decide I may go back and use them again is when the GM reached out to me! I was frustrated at my experience and no one was making me feel like they understood. Aaron contacted me and listened to my concerns and heard my voice. Because of that I would definitely use Jerry Hunt again and they do stand behind their vehicles. I am finally able to drive my new vehicle and we are pleased. More
