Dealership was prompt and professional after inquiring about a car. Great communication and info about the car. One caveat though, the dealership charges a mandatory $595 charge for a Lojack theft system. This was not (readily) apparent in the advertised price until we started going over the contract. Not exactly happy about that, but this is a car for our son, so his mom is thrilled about knowing where his car will be at all times :) Also, I had it delivered and was kind of surprised when it was delivered by someone driving it instead of it being delivered on a flatbed. The flatbed would have prevented projectiles/rocks/etc... from potentially hitting vehicle and also would keep miles off the car. Driver, like Mike, was very friendly and personable, so absolutely no issues there. The dealership also offers free NC inspections for the ownership of the car and some extended warranty coverage as standard, so nice benefits there. More
