Everyone was going about their business to take care of the client they were working with in a very professional manner. The employees in the maintenance department were very friendly and helpful to me, an the client they were working with in a very professional manner. The employees in the maintenance department were very friendly and helpful to me, answering my questions and kept me informed about what was going on with my vehicle, he even told me about the second shop or building or expansion of your garage or service area behind the main building. To me that shows that your dealership was concerned with the needs of their customers being taken care of in a expeditious manner. They had enough employees available with a good knowledge of the vehicle and could explain what was going on with my particular case. They kept me informed via email, allowing me to make decisions as needed which kept the process going and got my vehicle back to me as quickly as they could. Parts were ordered and I will be contacted when they arrive and my next appointment will be scheduled at that time. I was pleased with the service received and with all the employees working me, both clerical and the especially the mechanic breaking down the work done today and explaining the next steps for the completion of my vehicles maintenance.
