Our drive to Jerry Hunt is around an hour long. We were expecting to have to stay most of the day, but when we arrived Brandon Padgett was ready for us and had us ready to go in less than 15 minute We were expecting to have to stay most of the day, but when we arrived Brandon Padgett was ready for us and had us ready to go in less than 15 minutes. Dealership was prompt and professional after inquiring about a car. Great communication and info about the car. I worked with Mike Gonsalves in sales and he was very helpful during test drive and then g about a car. Great communication and info about the car. I worked with Mike Gonsalves in sales and he was very helpful during test drive and then getting some detailing and paint repairs done when I agreed to buy the car. One caveat though, the dealership charges a mandatory $595 charge for a Lojack theft system. This was not (readily) apparent in the advertised price until we started going over the contract. Not exactly happy about that, but this is a car for our son, so his mom is thrilled about knowing where his car will be at all times :) Also, I had it delivered and was kind of surprised when it was delivered by someone driving it instead of it being delivered on a flatbed. The flatbed would have prevented projectiles/rocks/etc... from potentially hitting vehicle and also would keep miles off the car. Driver, like Mike, was very friendly and personable, so absolutely no issues there. The dealership also offers free NC inspections for the ownership of the car and some extended warranty coverage as standard, so nice benefits there. More
