Nice clean facility. ....salesman very driven to do what they can to get you into the vehicle you want....make sure to do your research to insure you all the answers you n ....salesman very driven to do what they can to get you into the vehicle you want....make sure to do your research to insure you all the answers you need....also make sure to get a prepurchase inspection on vehicle as I did not I regret.....make sure you read all the fine print as important information may not be readily provided to you.....especially about the lifetime powertrain warranty and and other warranties you purchase as they can be voided by numerous things and you will be left stuck with repairs and still paying for a warranty.....all in all a good dealership i would recommend just be aware as with any dealership do your homework More

Brandon, Tony, and Rick ALL did their part to sort service and fully diagnose my vehicle issue(s) to completion. Issue solved though it was disheartening to see Brandon have to juggle 2 to 3 phone lin service and fully diagnose my vehicle issue(s) to completion. Issue solved though it was disheartening to see Brandon have to juggle 2 to 3 phone lines ringing or on hold with little to no help from anyone. Same still he handled it all, and I tried my best to help him out with patience from check-in day to a return to the facility for a pickup of an ordered part for the vehicle a few days after original service date. All three gentlemen are aces for sure! More
We saw the Mazda 3 that we wanted advertised on their website, spoke with a salesman by phone to confirm that it was still available, and drove the 1.5 hours from our home with a cashier’s check issued b website, spoke with a salesman by phone to confirm that it was still available, and drove the 1.5 hours from our home with a cashier’s check issued by our bank. When we go to test drive it (and it has only 25,000 miles on it), there is a service alert in the middle of the dash that says “In-vehicle Network Malfunction. Have the Vehicle Inspected.” The salesman said he hadn’t seen that before but you would have to be blind to miss it! We said we could not purchase it until that was fixed. They sent it to the dealership to fix it which took 9 days. They call us back and say it’s fixed, come on back to get your car! We drove 1.5 hours back only to discover that we had been LIED TO!!! The service alert came on as soon as we started the car. The only customers that this joke of a car dealership are looking for must be either idiots or suckers!! We have 6 hours into this xx now. Our advice: DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!! Spend your time and your money elsewhere! More
