All I can say is we are still in shock. We are still in Awe Of how Zack Moore literally made this car buying experience the best experience of my entire life and I’ve been buying cars for a We are still in Awe Of how Zack Moore literally made this car buying experience the best experience of my entire life and I’ve been buying cars for a little over 27 years good times and bad, Myself and my husband combined over 50 years of buying cars… How can I even put this into a basic review beside because I am in so incredibly grateful praising God thanking the universe and thinking Zach and Jerry hunt for making not only our a family safer more economical you’d be on delivered! He didn’t even make super promises to me. He said don’t worry I’ve got you where others have failed you I will take you and he did!!! The transaction was the smoothest transaction of my life. It was almost like Murphy’s Law everything that could happen the week of buying the car and we are survivors of hurricane Helen, where things went severely wrong and we were struggling there for a while, and I just want to say fairy hunt and Zack Moore for giving us a chance again and getting us in something better than we could even imagine it’s got all the bells and whistles that I don’t even think about or expect at my age and significantly lesser payment/price compared to any dealership I have looked at in north south or Tennessee… So I will be sending everybody I know meets care about to Jerry hunt and Zack Moore because I know they are in good hands. They will be treated with the upmost respect never lied to never without communication. A perfect example of a sales team that was picked from God.!!! This is the second time of having an oil change at JH Salisbury. Both times had ridiculously long waits even though appts were scheduled. First time was in late afternoon so this time decided to schedul Salisbury. Both times had ridiculously long waits even though appts were scheduled. First time was in late afternoon so this time decided to schedule first appt of morning. Had appt at 8am and arrived at 755am but waited while others went ahead of me. Not sure if they overbooked or not enough employees. Either way NO explanation as to why and no apologies or empathy expressed. Was there almost 3 hours for a scheduled routine oil change. Highly dissatisfied and disappointed because we had such good experience buying 2 vehicles from JH Lexington. More
