Brandon, Tony, and Rick ALL did their part to sort service and fully diagnose my vehicle issue(s) to completion. Issue solved though it was disheartening to see Brandon have to juggle 2 to 3 phone lin service and fully diagnose my vehicle issue(s) to completion. Same still he handled it all, and I tried my best to help him out with patience from check-in day to a return to the facility for a pickup of an ordered part for the vehicle a few days after original service date. Service writer was great. On my last oil change they said I needed 2 new tires so when I booked my next oil change I wanted to do the 2 tires as well but I noticed the quote On my last oil change they said I needed 2 new tires so when I booked my next oil change I wanted to do the 2 tires as well but I noticed the quote they provided me was the wrong tire size. When I asked for quote on the correct tire size I was told whoever replaced those 2 tires put the wrong size on. Jerry Hunt in Lexington put those 2 tires on and when I said that he was a bit surprised as was I. My other 2 tires are fine but the wrong size tires are bad I'm sure because they are not the correct tires since the 2 correct size tires are fine. So that just makes me feel like they just threw a size on there that they had. So not sure at this point if I have any other services done at jerry hunt aside from oil changes. More
