This is the second time of having an oil change at JH Salisbury. Both times had ridiculously long waits even though appts were scheduled. First time was in late afternoon so this time decided to schedul Salisbury. Both times had ridiculously long waits even though appts were scheduled. First time was in late afternoon so this time decided to schedule first appt of morning. Had appt at 8am and arrived at 755am but waited while others went ahead of me. Not sure if they overbooked or not enough employees. Either way NO explanation as to why and no apologies or empathy expressed. Was there almost 3 hours for a scheduled routine oil change. Highly dissatisfied and disappointed because we had such good experience buying 2 vehicles from JH Lexington. More

Ive bought a vehicle from JH before but this time there's too many issues with this purchase to mention. I'm not happy or satisfied with my experience and it's likely I won't recommend to people or purchase too many issues with this purchase to mention. Thought I was getting a decent vehicle, but I have had problem after problem with my car. It took three separate times to fix one problem with help from Ford Engineers then more problems. Supposedly they can’t fix the problem without voiding my warranties. I’m so incredibly frustrated with this vehicle and the constant back and forth to still have a car with problems. Plus when they offered to buy it back and put me in another vehicle, they did not show me a car in my price range AND RAN MY CREDIT MULTIPLE TIMES!!! I am STILL getting letters declining me!!! I will NOT be back there to buy any other vehicles!!! Definitely NOT worth the hassle!!! More
After I purchased my car, I had to come back in get with the salesman failed to see-through my concerns. When I bought the car, I was concerned about a chip in the windshield and he said it was nothing to w the salesman failed to see-through my concerns. Also, he said in my deal I will get the extra key which he brushed off that you have to come Thursday for that and failed to tell me you have to be there first thing in the morning around eight so I checked with the service department and they said That I had missed him because and told me what time to be there to get my key. On Thursday morning after I arrived, the service department was very nice to help me on some of the concerns on my car that I didn’t understand even after reading the manual also, there was a primary owner that was could still connect to my car that I couldn’t access anything on the computer. Service guy tried to help me with that and suggested I go to the Toyota place because they couldn’t do it, but they did fix my chip on my windshield, said it’s something they could fill in before it got big. I really appreciated that. I felt like these things should’ve been done before my car was delivered to my house the service people had my car washed also which I appreciated. When I went to the Toyota place to get The last ownership primary taken off, it was done by one of the salesman. The service sender said that if the charge was reasonable, they would pay it, but the salesman charged me nothing at the Toyota place in Salisbury. It was a lot of running around getting things straightened out that should’ve been done before I received my vehicle. I feel like my salesman fail to do his part. But the repair service helped me a lot. More
