Jerry Seiner GMC were super responsive and helpful in ordering my new truck. I had originally selected a different dealership to facilitate my order for the new 2022 Sierra, but when they did not return ordering my new truck. While servicing another vehicle at Jerry Seiner GMC, I inquired about the ordering process for the 2022 Sierra and I was put in touch with Rocio. Rocio was excellent to work with and worked to get me the truck I wanted. Even though it took 5 months to get the truck, the service I received from Jerry Seiner GMC was great. More
I found a vehicle on their website I was interested in and contacted them 2 times for more information and to have a sales rep contact me. I never heard from them. The 2nd time I was assured "This time and contacted them 2 times for more information and to have a sales rep contact me. I never heard from them. The 2nd time I was assured "This time you will hear from us! They will reach out as soon as possible." 3 days later...... nothing. Very disappointed More

With my GMC Terrain, Shane at Jerry Seiner 10600 S. I-15, is really good. He’s always helps me with anything on my car. Took my truck in for an oil change, tire rotation and inspection. Friendly, attentive, staff from beginning to end. Service was completed in less than an hour. My super dirty truck,from stormy weather th inspection. Friendly, attentive, staff from beginning to end. Service was completed in less than an hour. My super dirty truck,from stormy weather the previous day, was nice and clean (thanks for the wash). And, the video inspection the service technician provided is an added bonus to help me know if my vehicle is good to go or may need other services or repairs. We were very unimpressed! After stating that GMC Yukon XL have had issues with the tail lights and that they had to drop their prices on lights, they wanted to charge us an outrageous amount to replace the l have had issues with the tail lights and that they had to drop their prices on lights, they wanted to charge us an outrageous amount to replace the lights. Josh stated that the problem was lights and the harness. We replaced on our own and it still didn’t work. Josh was condescending and treated me as if I couldn’t understand the problem. Then when my husband arrived with my car, he acted like it was problem to have discussed the issues with me. I will stick with other dealerships. More
