Down to earth, wanting to make getting the car happen for us.They patiently waited for us to get off work this next day to do all the finalizing, where we spoke with Todd Petty. He made sure everything was understood with all the paperwork, not over your head,could answer any question, also he was excellent. All together we are very pleased with the service.The whole process was fast and easy..They are different from other dealerships,no hounding, no hidden anything and very upfront.
