Had my daughters 2023 Trailblazer oiled changed her on 9/22/2023. On 10/10/23 my daughter calls saying her car says needs an oil change. Informed her to watch you tube how to reset. Then 10/11/2023 I get 9/22/2023. On 10/10/23 my daughter calls saying her car says needs an oil change. Informed her to watch you tube how to reset. Then 10/11/2023 I get a call about ESC light coming on. Informed her to go to Peltier Chevy in Tyler TX ( She's an Apache Bell at TJC). She was going on Friday. Then 10/12/2023 and she calls oil light is on. Asked any oil on ground or engine sounding funny, she said no. Told don't drive and get to Peltier Chevy. She took it in 10/13/2023 and informed by dealer that Lynn Smith must of used the oil filter removal tool to put the new filter on. It has holes like the tool in the oil filter. No oil in the engine. Lynn Smith service mgr out for family emergency and the GM said will take care on 10/16/2023. I called 10/16/2023 first thing in the A.M. left msg and later in the A.M. left GM a msg. No one has called me as of 2:00 P.M 10/16/2023 and my daughter needs something to drive and new engine. More
Charged me $169 to tell me how much it was to fix something. They said it was for DIAG, what are you talking about? I already knew what was wrong, just asked how much it would be to fix it. We told them the defrost wire disconnected from the back window. How much would it be to fix it? Apparently $169 to say that it can’t be fixed, the window has to be replaced. I declined getting a new window and got charged a fee for DIAG!!! Unbelievable. Will never do service or any other form of business with them again. More

There were a few things that needed to be addressed that they fixed such as an exhaust leak, trim pieces that were coming off and a steering issue. Less than 24 hours after driving it off of the lot, the check engine light came on, the vehicle became stuck in overheat mode and ran the electric fans on full speed even after the vehicle was turned off. We left our sons birthday party and drove straight to the dealership to ask them what could be done since we had literally done the paperwork the day before. The gentleman that was helping us was going back and forth to the manager yet the manager never once came to talk to us, instead he said that we could trade it in on a newer one and be upside down thousands of dollars. I understand that the vehicle is not new and will have problems. I can not prove that they disconnected the battery so that the computer would reset the fans to not come on for a short amount of time which I learned because I had to do that when they came on and it wouldn't come back on for a day or so. I then replaced the thermostat, O2 sensor and charged the A/C multiple times. The gentleman that helped us or at least tried to has since went to work elsewhere due partially to the way that this was handled (No fault to him at all). You would think that a smaller dealership in Burleson would take more pride in it's "small town" and have managers that would come talk to the people to resolve an issue rather than sending a guy back and forth to say that we could buy a newer vehicle and spend another $300-$400 a month and for what, to get another vehicle that would be patched up good enough to sell quick and be followed up with less than what I would consider customer service? Not to mention the license plates have been in their office and when we called they blamed it on the guy that had quit shortly after we purchased this patched up Tahoe. Caught too far from home and unable to charge our EV. Closing time but took us in and tried to charge. Determined we needed more diagnostics - so Dennis drove us across the hwy to Cracker Barrell where Closing time but took us in and tried to charge. By 8:30 am the next morning they had updated the software and had us charging! Empathetic and helpful even at the end of a long day. Thank you! More

Two months ago, I had an oil change and new wiper blades installed. This morning, one of the wiper blades literally disintegrated. I called the Service department and talked with Julie. she set me up to installed. This morning, one of the wiper blades literally disintegrated. I called the Service department and talked with Julie. she set me up to meet the service manager Dennis who look it over. He handed me off to Kyle who quickly swapped them out and had me on my way. It’s service like that which will keep me coming back. Great job, folks. More
