Hi, you're right, I didn't give my full name in this public place. I was a customer, but I don't really need any action on your part, I just wanted to let you know what happened when I brought in my Chevy Volt. My guess is you didn't have enough info on the hybrid transmission to work on it, which happens, but it was frustrating for me.
