Thank you for your review. I agree with you even before checking. I like things to run quickly and efficiently for all of our customers.. The jobs are assigned to the mechanics and sometimes it will take longer than anticipated and that customer who was in front with an appointment before you is expecting their car asap.. Then on another job it goes quicker or an alternate mechanic becomes free. We just attempt to satisfy all of our customer with good honest service. We will discuss your car specific in our team meeting. In saying this we need to be sure you were communicated with while you were here. Thank you for taking the time to send a response to us.
