Found my car online, went to dealership an the refused to give me online pricing. We agreed to a price in part due to a rebate Chevrolet was offering on accessories and knowing we wanted after-factory work a give me online pricing. Before we had signed for my car we were shown the accessories we would be able to use our rebate toward, many of which were already on my car, but an upgrade exhaust and air intake were pictured and features options. I settled the deal on Saturday, called to make my appointment for upgrades on Tuesday and was told there is no air intake make by GM for my car. What??!! That was what you showed me Saturday. "Well they used to make them but don't anymore, would you like to purchase a cover for your car?" ummm...no, I want what you promised me! Well, I was told I could get a spoiler, so I agreed. Now three months later I still have no spoiler and am told "GM doesn't currently make a spoiler for your silver car, and we can only get the rebate mo ey back if we put on GM parts that we order for GM." This I'm told after I have calle them back several tomes over the past 3 months, not one return call from them! WORST SERVICE EVER!!!! If I just decided not to hold up to my end of the deal my car would be repossessed, but Lynn Smith Chrvrolet doesn't have to hold up to their end of the bargain??!! Buy from someone else!!! This place does terrible business and once you've signed they could care less about you or the agreeme t they made with you! More

Salesman was excellent to work with, very informative, and all business with best price from the beginning. Purchase price was several hundred dollars less than competitors in immediate area. Had warranty work done on my 2005 Silverado. The part that was replaced (IP) was found to be defective also. I was impressed that the replacement part was quality checked. When i went to the dealer that afternoon , I called Lynn Smith to inquire about a leftover 2010 model new Chevy truck , and spoke with Rich Stevens. When i went to the dealer that afternoon , Rich was with a customer and i had to wait a little while ( no problem). A used car salesman noticed me walking around and came out to talk . I don't remember his name , but he showed me how i could get a 2011 Silverado instead of a 2010 close out for actually less money ( with all the rebates / incentives that were available on the 2011's at the time). By the time Rich came out on the lot , I already had a truck picked out . Rich was very helpful in whole sales process and in getting a fair trade-in for me on my 2008 HHR that i also bought new at Lynn Smith . Everyone worked as a team at the dealership to make buying my truck an enjoyable experience ! Jill Lawler was also very easy to work with and very helpful in the business office . I bought my truck in Jan 2011 , and have gone back to the service dept for a few minor issues . Tom Smith has been doing a great job in the service department so far . No complaints from me , Ya'll keep up the good work down there ! More

I first called the dealership and asked for the next sales person. Very fortunately for me, it was Betty Watkins. Not only was she knowledgeable about the new cars they currently had on the lot, but s sales person. Very fortunately for me, it was Betty Watkins. Not only was she knowledgeable about the new cars they currently had on the lot, but she listened me to and what I wanted in a vehicle. I came to the showroom without a specific model in mind, but Betty was adept and helped me quickly prioritize the options I wanted to fulfil the varied uses of the vehicle I needed. Although the car I ultimately purchased had more extensive options than I initially listed, she expertly discussed their uses and benefits to me. At no time was she the dreaded pushy sales person. She used just the right amount of leverage to demonstrate how this particular vehicle would be the perfect one for me. And she was right! I have had my 2011 Avalanche LTZ for a few weeks now, and I just love it. She was always timely in her follow-up and asked if there was anything at all that she could assist with. I told her I was having one very serious problem and asked if she could help me get my husband out of MY new car! Betty is already looking for a sister to my Avalanche. When I purchase another vehicle, I will go back to Lynn Smith, and I will definitely want Betty to be my sales person. More
