Sales Dept was Great, Service not so much I took my brand new truck in for an oil change. I also had a couple concerns. Superior Service all around? In early January I brought my 2016 Fusion in to Jerry's Ford service because the coolant light kept coming on and I needed an inspection. Come to find out, my coolant thing was broken and empty and it along with a laundry list of things needed to be replaced and it was under warranty, so I wouldn't have to pay for it The parts they ordered were going to take 3 weeks or longer to come in for some reason. I was told I wasn't allowed to drive my car, because it was taken apart and a safety risk and I was extremely upset because it's my only car. Before I had a panic attack, Barbara Fisk, the service administrator told me the dealership would give me a loaner car for the duration! Three weeks later I got my baby back, all fixed and they even cleaned the car inside and outside! I will never take my car anywhere else! ?????????? More
