Fire Chris in Sales Financing. I purchased a new 2021 Ford F-150 on February 21st, 2022 (Presidents Day). To this date, April 4th, 2022 I am still waiting on the $4K plus check I purchased a new 2021 Ford F-150 on February 21st, 2022 (Presidents Day). To this date, April 4th, 2022 I am still waiting on the $4K plus check that was due to me from my trade in. From the beginning, Chris the finance guy is completely incompetent and I am wondering if he is stealing money. I was approved for the zero percent for 60 months deal yet when I sat with Chris, he had already run my credit for other banks. So my credit took a hit for it getting run twice in one day. Then, he didn't even know your dealership was running a special deal. He had to go ask someone. Then he registered my vehicle in the wrong county. Chris told me that it may take up to a week for the payoff of my tahoe to go through and then another week or two for my $4K to be ready. "We will call you as soon as your check is ready and we can mail it or you can come get it." Fast forward two weeks and I am calling Chris, leaving a voice mail because the payoff for my tahoe was never sent. In the voice mail, I told him my bank still shows no payment and another monthly payment was coming up. Also can you let me know the status of my $4k. I got no phone call back from Chris, but noticed the very next day, my bank received the payoff (March 4th, 2022). A few weeks goes (3) by and still no phone call for me to get my $4K. So, I call you all, no answer on Chris's phone, I leave a voicemail, no call back the next day or two. I call you all again, no answer on Chris's phone, so I ask to speak to someone else who ensured me that they would leave a note for Chris, he would be in by 2pm the next day and would return my call. That day came and went with no phone call. So, I drive to your dealership and speak with John the sales manager who ensures me this will get fixed. Guess what, NOPE. A few more days go by, I call my bank and they tell me that they have been calling the dealership for a week to find out who to release the $4k to but have had no luck getting any returned phone calls. Sound familiar? NO COMMUNICATION. I am having to make the phone calls to track down your dealership mismanagement. Otherwise nothing would be happening. I drive to the dealership again on March 31st, 2022 to find John to tell him where your screw up is held up at. John was not working so I get to speak to Steven. Steve can't the problem either because Crystal in financing can't confirm who the check will get released to. This is when I meet the GM Bill Harned. Bill openly admits that this is all their fault but they can't do anything to fix it. He told me to call back on Monday April 4th, 2022 (today) at 1pm and ask for Steve and he will have an answer. Guess what.. I call at 1pm on the dot today and get no answer so I leave a message on Steves voicemail. 3 hours later I get a call back with information I had already gotten on my own (again) from the bank two days earlier. So the check will get released to you and here I am still waiting. You wont write me a check even though you know the check from the bank is coming to you. Because "we can't write a check until we can confirm the funds". So, I am still waiting on my money and a phone call. Neither of which has happened as it should or even as you said one single time for over 6 weeks. I want to know that this message goes above the GM at Jerry's Ford to someone who will hold this dealership and Chris accountable. I want to know how you plan on making this right in the end. I am happy to return your truck to your lot and drive off in the tahoe. If I can spend my money at another dealership, I will. More

Jerry's Ford exceeded my expectations. I began looking to order a Ford Bronco in September 2021, stopping by to look at the floor model. I was introduced to Bruce as "the Bronco guy". He really knows his stuff and walked me through all of the options as well as letting me know what options may cause a build delay. Anyone who has ordered a Bronco in the last 2 years knows how big of a deal this is. Bruce helped me order on the day the order banks opened up in October for MY2022, with no promises other than we will charge MSRP (no ADM on my signed order) and hopefully the options chosen will make it easier to get mine. Well...less than two months later I was notified of the build date. Even with the chip shortage I was lucky enough to take delivery on March 1. Bruce and my salesman Vic have been an exemplar of customer service. Shout out to Chris in Finance also. They gave me a solid offer for my trade in and the whole process was smooth, honest and transparent. If the vehicle reliability matches my experience, you may have converted this Toyota/BMW new vehicle buyer. I love my new Bronco!!! Highly recommend Jerry's Ford Leesburg! Why I only made the mistake of purchasing one vehicle from Jerry's Ford in Leesburg. We purchased an F250 SuperDuty from you on 12/31/2020. Business manager (who was apparently focusing on the dinner party she was hosting that evening) did not charge us the appropriate sales tax. This in-turn held up our registration but we had to bring it to Jerry’s Ford management’s attention and then they offered no concessions whatsoever for their oversight and our inconvenience. Since that time we have ordered a Bronco Outer Banks (04.2021) and most recently a Transit 350 passenger van (02.2022) from other Ford stores. We are looking for an Expedition Max or a Hybrid F150 but in spite of the fact that Jerry's is the closest dealer to us, we will never shop at your store again. I even reached out to manager Steve Francisco TWICE but received little response. Over all experience = poor. We have three high school children right now and we have not even begun to look for their new autos but rest assured each will get an Explorer or larger for graduation, just not from Jerry's Ford in Leesburg. Our salesperson was terrific and if he were at another Ford store we would purchase from him again and again. More

In the last year we purchased a new truck from Jerry's Ford in Leesburg VA. Our sales person was terrific and I would buy from him any time. They miss calculated our taxes due and instead of reaching out to us, waiting until our temp tags were expiring for us to contact the dealership. We had to send another check to them, not a problem but an inconvenience. In addition, we never signed the Ford Credit which should have sent us a rebate check for $250. The dealership has not sent the funds to us nor has Ford. We have reached out to the dealership several times but ten months later - no $250. This place should be avoided at all costs. More
