My wife purchased a Rav 4 from Jerry’s about one year ago. I was apprehensive as I felt my credit challenges would preclude my ability to purchase a new vehicle. I think that alone speaks volumes about who he is as a person & how he takes care of Customers- ESPECIALLY Women! I have bought many cars over the years and this is honestly the FIRST TIME I DIDNOT FEEL AS the salesperson was a predator. He treated me as An EQUAL AND RESPECTED MY QUESTIONS OR COMMENTS THROUGHOUT THE PROCESS. I have had my car 4 plus weeks and all promises or “owes” have been met! If I had to make a suggestion, complimentary vacuum with oil changes. I had to really thing long & hard because oil changes are done free. I think such would keep this positive, new car experience going. More

Gen Manager, Matt Bukowski, knows all! Two negative experiences in the course of four weeks; the dealership lost the sale (another area dealership cashed in), and the staff used laziness, s Two negative experiences in the course of four weeks; the dealership lost the sale (another area dealership cashed in), and the staff used laziness, sarcasm, and excuses to not honor a lease return. An area dealership took the car back, as was committed to, immediately. This sales force needs new management, and Toyota does not realize the liability they have going on at this location. More to come through the power of the pen, as media, government watchdog agencies, and better business bureau are contacted. It is wrong to use negative behaviors as an excuse for your organizations flaws; Don't buy a car at Jerry's...their slogan is wrong, it should be, "It's all about us, and we don't care about you!"
