I've had the opportunity to deal with Jerry's service team sooner than I would have liked. My 2010 RAV 4 started having problems in late June with what turned out to be a timing chain tensioner. The necessary parts were on back order for five weeks and once they arrived, we had the unfortunate experience of having to return the car four times before the repair was successfully completed. I'm keeping my fingers crossed with this last repair. My first reaction to the ordeal was to become angry at the people doing the work. It was only with time that I realized my issue is with Toyota, not Jerry's, and the problem of faulty or failing parts is as much a frustration for the dealer as it is for the customer. And so while I cannot say that I have been pleased by the performance of my car to date, I do want to acknowledge the team at Jerry's for their professionalism, courtesy and fortitude. Dealers sometimes get a bad reputation, not always undeserved, but perhaps sometimes customers have unrealistic expectations that can account for as much of the problem. Once the folks at Jerry's realized what was happening, Jason, Jamie and Joy all went out of their way to be accommodating and helpful. For that I am very appreciative. More

Did our 6-month service and had several settings altered (removed the annoying backup beep). The service done by the shop itself was done well, and the staff was helpful. We had several scratches to remove, and apparently the dealer has someone come in one day a week to do these jobs. The scratches were removed, but the job was not cleaned up very well. There is a white waxy substance on our window frames which does not come off. There was dust all over the area of the scratches. Just not very professional. More

I had an awful experience at Jones Junction on 6/30 and I called Jerry's at 8:30 to see what they had available. I spoke to Shawn and he was willing to do anything he could do, but we decided to make the de called Jerry's at 8:30 to see what they had available. The next day I spoke to Shawn Graham and he scheduled an appointment for me to be seen that night. I met with EJ Hightower- who was amazing! He was so helpful, kind, respectful and courteous. Unbelievalbe. The price was just what I needed and the car just what I wanted. He contacted another dealership and I left the next day with the car. The finance officer- Hightower was great and went at the perfect speed for me! I will never be able to express how surprised I was at how easy it all was and how helpful and genuine everyone was. I will never forget the experience and you have a devoted customer for life. Thank you! More

We went in looking to possibly buy a car a few months down the road and we didnt know what we waneted. My husband is 6'5" and a big guy so John had us test drive alot of vehicles. We drove a camry a corolla a rav4 a tacoma a tundra a scion xb and finally a prius. We loved the Prius with the 52miles per gallon and the 100,000 mile warranty. What we didn't ralize was that Tom Powell got us all the money for our trade in and John did a great job getting us a great deal (1.9% financing with average credit), free oil changes and free tires for life so we had to do it. As per facts I purchased the Used SUV from Jerry's Toyota (8001 Belair Rd Baltimore, 21236, Ph: 410-661-5700, Manger Mr. Robert Hess, Salesman: Mr. Jason, Sales Manager: Mr. Kevin) I Vis from Jerry's Toyota (8001 Belair Rd Baltimore, 21236, Ph: 410-661-5700, Manger Mr. Robert Hess, Salesman: Mr. Jason, Sales Manager: Mr. Kevin) I Visited Jerry's Toyota on Mar-20-2010, and Paid them Refundable Deposit of $500 with check No. 1039 Dated 03-20-2010 for the purchase of New 2010 Black Highlander SUV (Base Model) for $27,000 (0% APR). Dealership informed me 3 days later that they can not arrange that vehicle in Black color. Then the manager introduced me with Salesman Mr. Jason in Used Car Dept. Mr. Jason told me that he can arrange black color Highlander SUV (Hybrid Model) it would be slightly used 5,000+ miles for $25,000. I agreed on new offer since Brand new Highlander (Hybrid Model) was approximately $35,000. I finalized the deal with Mr. Jason in presence of My Friend Mr. Rajiv Passi (2327 Greenvale Rd. 21229, Ph: 443-670-6135). My Friend asked Mr. Jason that he want to see Hybrid Batteries in this model, He relied that they are under the engine compartment and could not be viewed from top. I also got the extended warranty on same vehicle for additional $1,250. Total Amount was $27,290 (Including Tax, Tag and Title Registration Less Trade In valued at $14,000) $12790 with My Check No. 1038 Dated 03-24-2010 (In Memo, It is clearly written I am paying this amount for Highlander 09 Hybrid + Ext. Warranty) On 14-Apr-2010, I went to Toyota Darcar's at Eastern Ave for installation of running boards on my same vehicle and learned they sold me regular Highlander not Hybrid. I called the Manager about this Fraud. He assured me to return the call in 10 minutes after checking with Mr. Jason. 15 Minutes later, Mr. Jason called me and denied my claim that he sold me the vehicle as Hybrid. I called the manager again and tried to convince him about the facts. Instead, Manager told me that Mr. Jason is working with them for long time and they never had any complaint. He could not do anything. I planned to use this vehicle as Commercial For Hire Vehicle in my Business. I got its approval from Public Service Commission of Maryland as a Hybrid Vehicle. In my understanding Mr. Jason and Jerry's Toyota knowingly did this fraud with me. I would never know That they have ripped me If other dealership does not tell me. More
