This is on top of the fact that they sold me a car that has a had a system malfunction alert since I drove it home and that they couldn’t fix…but of course they want me to keep driving the 100+ miles round trip to let them keep trying and without any compensation or accommodation. This place sucks and they don’t care about you and they’re all about themselves. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else. More

Waited over 3 hrs. Granted, they were busy, due to spring break, but I was never told I’d have that long of a wait. I told them NOT to take my car thru the car wash. It was WRITTEN on my slip, not to wash it. When it was finally finished, I drove all the way back home, to Harford county and notice they didn’t put a new sticker on the windshield, telling next maintenance. I drove all the way back to the dealership to get a new sticker and all I got was a simple, “sorry”….no “Can I give you an accesory, of your choice, for free?” Absolutely NOTHING was offered. I dread when it comes time for an oil change or tire rotation, knowing I have to go to Jerry’s and hope I don’t deal with more nonsense and poor customer service. More
