I used to be a consistent customer with them when it came to auto repair but these days, the customer service has gone to absolutely xxxx. I took my disabled mother to go get her car serviced and our service to auto repair but these days, the customer service has gone to absolutely xxxx. I took my disabled mother to go get her car serviced and our service provider was extremely unkind and impatient as we walked in and out of the waiting room when our names were called. Being that there weren't really any accommodations for people with mobility issues, it took us a while to get to her. Unfortunately, I don't remember her name but I do recall she was sitting at desk seven on June 9th between the hours of 9 AM and 2 PM, which, by the way, was the amount of time I spent in there, when it should have only been half of that, being that I was there for routine maintenance and a car battery installation. (which I legitimately did not need because I'd just gotten my battery looked at recently with no issues, but that's a different story). My mother and I just decided to just to remain cordial and patient when interacting because physically, my mother cannot handle stress. As I led my mother to and from the restroom in the waiting room, I would periodically ask other service providers if our name was called while we were there. I was told no. Apparently, this was not the case. Anyway, not only was I quoted a completely different price than what I paid at the end of the day, but our service provider just continued to treat us like a burden and tell us in an extremely curt tone how we'd been called multiple times and how she "looked for us" and "couldn't find us". I know she heard me ask if we were called because she was within earshot when I asked. It was bullsh*t. Customer service at this place sucks now. Being treated like a burden for being visibly disabled is absolute f*xxxxx b*llsh*t. Having experience in this field, I've worked with all kinds of customers, including those hard of hearing, physically and mentally disabled and even people with language barriers. I know how to treat people and this isn't it. I can't wait to sell my Toyota and never have to look at this place again. I'd rather not have a car than to be treated like this. More
