Thank you for the timely and empathetic response, however, I’m already in the process of selling the vehicle anyway, which was why I was at Jerry’s to get a tune up to begin with, so I won’t be returning in the future. The only thing I ask is that you see to it that better accommodations for disabled people are put in place and that your team gets periodic refreshers on customer service etiquette so that your future customers don’t go through what we went through. Again, thank you for your time and I hope you have a good rest of your day.
