VERY DECEPTIVE ! !! DON'T TRUST ANYTHING THEY SAY !!! ESPECIALLY THE FINANCE DEPARTMENT. If you do buy from them, just assume that the vehicle will be an "AS IS" purch !! DON'T TRUST ANYTHING THEY SAY !!! ESPECIALLY THE FINANCE DEPARTMENT. If you do buy from them, just assume that the vehicle will be an "AS IS" purchase. Bring cash or your own financing ! DO NOT use their loan services and definitely look at every document for accuracy ! I left there with an envelope which I thought contained my sales contract and loan agreement ( I didn't check the envelope) it was late and I had a 5 hour drive back home. So I had no Bill of Sale or proof of purchase. Once I finally received the paperwork, I noticed that they showed $1000.00 less for my trade than what was agreed on. They withheld the title and Bill of Sale until I had a "safety and emissions" done. But an out of state purchase (Missouri) requires a Vin # verification ! It's impossible to get a vin verification without a title to verify with !!! But since I had a small loan, they wouldn't send me the title or paperwork. So, I paid the loan off sent them the notarized "lien release" and they finally sent me my documents. I guess what I'm try to say is, this place isn't worth your trouble ! Look somewhere else ! The salesmen are very inexperienced and offer zero help, so know what you are buying and don't expect any help after the sale. There are several good dealerships out there, this just isn't one of them. Good Luck in your search ! More
I had an awful experience with a salesman named Julian at Jidd Mitsubishi. That turned out to be a flat-out lie—the truck had already been listed for over three weeks. Julian wasted my time and showed absolutely no honesty or professionalism throughout the process. On top of that, he was rude, dismissive, and had some of the most unpleasant customer service skills I’ve ever dealt with at a dealership. If you're looking for someone to treat you with respect and be upfront about the vehicles they’re selling, do yourself a favor and stay far away from Julian. This experience completely turned me off from doing business with Jidd Mitsubishi. More

Jidd Motors is the right place to experience all that. I went there to get a BMW X6 in Feb 2025, after driving it for 5 weeks with a little over 1,000 miles, the car stopped working due to corrosion. The car was inspected by BMW accredited dealer and they confirmed that the corrosion has in fact been laying in there for a long period before they sold it to me. Every avenue to make these thieves take accountability has been super difficult. These people just don't care about customers at all. Forget all those nice reception you get before buying the car, once you pull out of their lot, its a wrap. Please do your due diligence before going here. If at least you are not sure of what to do, after buying the car take it to accredited dealership and go do a full diagnostic the very next day and be ready to encounter their xx. They're nothing but headache. If I were you, I would avoid them. To verify, read their reviews and filter by the lowest stars, you would see 80% of the complain is about their cars being faulty in very short period after buying it. Also, you will see them chasing you about to post a review about them. I bet you'd go back and edit. There's high chance of that. Long story short, they're fraud, thieves, scammers and liars. They will put addons in the contracts and tell you verbally it's free. But in reality you pay for them for it. When you cancel the contract they take the money out of the employees pocket. Therefore they actually never cancel the warranty because no employee want to have money taken from them. Then later they rush you to give them a high review so the employee can be salesperson of the month. Not to mention they are not truthful about the repair warranty. They use it as an insert to sell the vehicle faster. They are not above disconnecting the battery to reset the check engine light for a faster sale. Just do your due diligence and research all online reviews and complaints including the BBB that have been reported against them. Their COO James, and CEO Nick were informed and shown proof of the defect and initially said they would make it right, however it's been 5 months and not only have they back tracked what they said but they are now evading and refusing to be accountable to pay the full costs to repair the vehicle defect! THEY NEED TO DO THE RIGHT THING AND FIX THEIR WRONGS by providing in writing what they say they will do and stop misleading and engaging consumers with false advertising and selling vehicles that are mechanically defective. AVOID them at ALL COSTS! Official complaints against Jidd Motors Mitsubishi with The BBB, The Illinois Attorney General, The FTC etc will be proactively pursued. Jidd Motors Mitsubishi and it's associates from top to bottom need to make their wrongs right and stop blatantly violating consumer's rights! More

Terrible Experience, Avoid This Dealership! !! Three weeks ago, I visited this dealership to test drive a car I saw online. During the test drive, I noticed the check engine light was on. Whe !! Three weeks ago, I visited this dealership to test drive a car I saw online. During the test drive, I noticed the check engine light was on. When I brought this up to the salesperson, they assured me it would be fixed and that the car had no serious issues. A week later, I traveled from Cleveland, Ohio, to purchase the car. I paid the full price with no discount, as none was offered. After completing the payment, I took the car and drove away, but within 10 minutes, the check engine light came on again. I immediately returned to the dealership and informed them. I also requested to speak with a manager. The manager claimed they would fix the issue and took the car to their service department. After an hour, they told me the oxygen sensor had been replaced, and there were no other problems. Trusting their word, I began my journey back to Cleveland. Unfortunately, once I got home, the check engine light came on again. I tried reaching out to the dealership multiple times, but no one responded. Frustrated, I took the car to my own mechanic. After inspecting the car, my mechanic discovered the dealership had installed an illegal, faulty sensor to temporarily mask the problem instead of properly fixing it. This negligence cost me an additional $400 in repairs, and my car was in the shop for a week. I emailed and messaged the dealership about this, but they ignored me completely. This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. The customer service is nonexistent, and they clearly don’t care about their customers. I deeply regret purchasing from this dealership and strongly advise others to stay away. More
