I was scammed by salesman Jeremy Northrop and this dealership. I purchased this vehicle from Jidd Motors Mitsubishi on August 14th, 2025 fully online. Car was delivered August 28th, 2025. When I got i dealership. I purchased this vehicle from Jidd Motors Mitsubishi on August 14th, 2025 fully online. Car was delivered August 28th, 2025. When I got it, Jidd Motors provided me a cheap knockoff/aftermarket Lexus keyfob with my 2021 Lexus IS 350 F Sport. The key that was provided wouldn't lock, unlock, open the trunk, or set off the alarm. I had to pay $535 for a locksmith just hours after taking delivery of this vehicle because I was stranded and couldn't unlock the car after it was locked from the inside. None of this issue surrounding the keyfob was communicated to me by Jeremy Northrop during the process of purchasing it. Now, it has been 4 days since I got the car and Jidd Motors has made no efforts in fully reimbursing me nor helping me with getting an actual working keyfob for this vehicle. The current date is September 1st, 2025 and I still can't even drive the car because I wouldn't be able to unlock it. The most response I got was "we'll send you a $5 replacement battery", when the issue with the key is not the battery, but that it is a cheap knock-off! I already contacted a certified Lexus dealership and they said that Lexus vehicles cannot be programmed with aftermarket knockoff keys, like the one Jidd Motors provided me with. For a $40,000 car, you would expect a working key to go with your expensive vehicle purchase. This dealership would charge you luxurious vehicle prices but cheap out on things like getting you an actual working OEM keyfob. Adam Jidd (CEO) and Nick Kabro (manager) was contacted but have been hesitant and non helpful with this whole entire issue. More

There have been horror experiences and some meh experiences, but this one was something else entirely and made me believe that there is still light out there. I am beyond impressed with the quality of cars this dealer has, the immaculate condition they are all brought to inside and out before being offered for purchase, and most of all the incredible team of salespeople and finance people who supported my quest. Starting with the salesperson, Jeremy, who appeared to know every - and I mean every - single feature and detail about every single make and model car we drove, something rare. In addition, he was the first salesperson to actually listen to me and identify my priorities and wants and to dial in into the exact vehicle for me, surprising and delighting me. I went in to test drive an Alfa Romeo Stelvio but felt it wasn't for me, so Jeremy suggested we drive a couple of others (such as the Land Rover Discovery Sport) in the same or similar class and each subsequent vehicle kept honing in on the perfect match until we did find it - a Mercedes-Benz CLA. Throughout the process, he listened to everything I said and that helped him continue to refine the process until we found that perfect car for me. The sales manager, Hesmi, was another breath of fresh air. A true car enthusiast (as well as Jeremy), he took his time to sit down in the Alfa with me and to walk me through all aspects of owning an Alfa from the perspective of an actual owner. He genuinely did everything in his power to dial in the deal to where the cost and the perks of the deal made a compelling package. Finally, the finance manager, Justyna, completed the happy trio by being very clear about the terms of the deal, working tirelessly to get me approved (no small feat) and to protect the new purchase with an extended car warranty at an amazing price for many years of coverage. At all times, I did not feel pressured or rushed but instead felt we were all working together as a team towards the same goal - defining it, refining it, preparing for it and executing it. I know that for my next purchase this is the first place - and I hope the last place - I will visit again to secure my next vehicle. I can highly recommend that you start here as well. :-) More
