I would give them negative stars if that were possible. This is the most dishonest car dealership you can work with. I purchased a vehicle and had it shipped to me out of state. I asked too many questions and was told I could have my downpayment back if I continued to pick everything apart. My questions were about the condition of the car and the paperwork I was sent to sign (one form you couldn't read the vehicle information because it was typed over other writing, I had one form to sign 8x and one had a notary section that I asked about). I left a negative review during the sale and got a phone call from Jeremy in the finance department. Jeremy is the last person that should be calling to make things right. I told him several times I would not hold this conversation without my husband present. It was like I was being scolded for leaving the review. I finally hung up on him since he was not listening to me say I wanted my husband to be part of the call. DO NOT do anything that is not in writing. I refused all phone calls afterwards because this place can't be trusted. I asked about the condition of the car. I think that's a fair question since I was not in person to see it. I was told normal wear and tear for a used vehicle. I asked about one of the pictures because it looked like a large scuff in the paint. Turned out it was dirt but Jeremy brought this up in our conversation. "You are purchasing a used car". I am well aware of that but I should be able to ask questions. He was extremely rude. I made it clear I would not deal with him after that phone call. Fast forward to the car getting delivered to us. Not a drop of gas in it, literally 0 miles to empty. The vehicle has mismatched tires (google this, it will tell you this is a sign of a unreputable dealer). The two front tires need to be replaced before winter. There's only one key with the vehicle. No floor mat in the third row. The liftgate has two HUGE cracks in it. That is not normal wear and tear. I brought all of this to the car saleman's attention. SHOCKING, no response from Munjed Tamimi. They do not care about anything once the sale is done. Any place that has you agree to "you cannot sue us" as part of the sale is shady! Do not believe the fake FB reviews. Do your homework and STAY CLEAR of this place. They are a nightmare. Sketchy. Scam artists at the finest. More

Here we are four months later, issue still not resolved with the dealership. I ended up having to come out of my pocket paying over $1600 to fix the broken parts on the vehicle! While the initial purchase felt quick and easy, issues that surfaced afterward completely changed my perspective. Unfortunately, the dealership proved to be untrustworthy once the paperwork was signed, an that surfaced afterward completely changed my perspective. Unfortunately, the dealership proved to be untrustworthy once the paperwork was signed, and multiple concerns were not handled transparently or in good faith. Within weeks, the vehicle displayed a coolant fault. BMW service further identified impact damage to the bumper and undercarriage, advising there is no reasonable scenario in which such damage would not have been known prior to sale. BMW also confirmed the car had three bent rims and a tire with a nail. Nick (finance) agreed these would be addressed, but that promise was not honored. I was asked to bring the car in over four times, and nearly every time I was told they hadn’t worked on it at all. Eventually, calls went unanswered, and I was left on hold repeatedly. Because of this, I can no longer recommend purchasing from this dealership. What seemed like a smooth transaction at first ultimately turned into a frustrating and disappointing experience. Their way of doing business feels unethical and place consumers at a disadvantage once the sale is complete. I strongly caution others to do extensive due diligence before purchasing from them or better yet, avoid Jidd Motors altogether. More
