I recently purchased a 2020 Lexus LS500h from Jidd Motors. Pan Pan was my sales associate. The purchase was 100% online, with me never setting foot in the dealership. I purchased the vehicle in Chi Motors. Pan Pan was my sales associate. The purchase was 100% online, with me never setting foot in the dealership. I purchased the vehicle in Chicago, and I live in Virginia. Pan Pan was superb in her open and frequent communication, at all times. Pan Pan helped me get a very competitive price on the vehicle, and then worked with lenders for a great loan package (rate and terms). After the sale, the vehicle showed up in my driveway on a flatbed truck about 30 hours later. It was an amazing experience working with Pan, and the team at Jidd. More
