Who is helping whom? Brian Erlenbach is a classic, slick acting, man in charge, knows more than anyone sales associate. Before we were even close to talking numbers, I Brian Erlenbach is a classic, slick acting, man in charge, knows more than anyone sales associate. Before we were even close to talking numbers, I was so turned off that it was unbelievable. Brian's rating should be .7, not 4.7. Wow! What a treat it was to be disrespected by someone who should at least be trying to put their best foot forward for the dealership. But not Brian. He knew too much - and wasn't ashamed to show it off to a potential customer. Yes, this is only my opinion. Take it with a grain of salt. I'd put money on it that he treats more than 75% of his customers this way. But it is only my opinion. I wish you well, Brian. You are one lucky man that management believes in.
