Horrendous. Unethical. Zero integrity. Liars. Con-artists. Complete and total scam artists. Purchased a 2015 Lexus LS460 F Series sedan in December 2017. Vehicle Unethical. Zero integrity. Liars. Con-artists. Complete and total scam artists. Purchased a 2015 Lexus LS460 F Series sedan in December 2017. Vehicle is still under factory warranty until 2019. Problem is-this dealership lost the keys to the vehicle. To remedy, they had to break into the vehicle to get inside and get a new key made. Upon doing so, they damaged the paint and the interior trim of the door. When asked about it before purchasing the vehicle, they played dumb. Then they offered to send me a replacement interior trim because I’m out of state. Yeah ok fine. Little did I know at the time, when they reprogrammed the key fob they sold me with the vehicle, they chose an inexpensive type that is not suitable for an LS, so all of the functions of the key fob did not work on my vehicle. Of course I didn’t realize this till I got home to TN and took the vehicle to the Lexus dealer. The dealer helped me understand what was wrong with the key and why it wouldn’t open the trunk. All the while I’m thinking this is going to be covered under factory warranty. Nope. $650 spent to get the proper key that is supposed to go with the vehicle in the first place. JIDD lied about previous body work...turns out both bumpers of the vehicle have been repainted. Now, the paint is peeling off. And guess what? It’s not covered under factory warranty either because it’s after market body work. The sickest part of all of this-JMM is supposedly certified to work on Lexus vehicles. WHAT A JOKE. Lexus needs to rethink that certification!!!!. Totally disgusting. Prepare to be RIPPED OFF AND LIED TO when doing business with these people. Unbelievable. If you have any sense at all, stay away from this place. Don’t say I didn’t warn you. More
