Although they did not have my specified vehicle in stock they were able to locate and purchase the vehicle for me through Mercedes. Worst experience Is the worst experience I ever had since I bought my last car back in 2005. Even with cash in hand to pay for the car in full, they refuse to remove Is the worst experience I ever had since I bought my last car back in 2005. Even with cash in hand to pay for the car in full, they refuse to remove the xzilon warranty so I ended paying $2300 on top of the car price. And the salesman Carlos Murga he couldn't help me out after I purchased the car and he didn't explain me that right after I signed there is no cancellation. So keep an eye on this, I understand that many people want extended warranties that's up to every costumer. End the manager "the worst" He lie to me, when I asked him to remove the xzilon warranty He said is a dealer's fee and walked away, Adam the owner He email me so I explained wath happen but He never returned my email. More
