Had to double check all numbers as they kept shifting in the finance office. The sales guys, managers and service guys were all working to resolve a lost lug nut key issue (it was missing). They managed to remove all four lug nut bolts but in the process, all four alloy wheels were severely scratched. I had a hard time getting them to agree to lower APR, and then a week later they ran a special offering even lower APR than what I had requested. If you plan on purchasing, wait until the end of the month, their offers will be much more lucrative. Will do business with again but will definitely be more cautious, great selection of luxury vehicles. More

Easy in and out purchase I found the car I was looking for online and stopped by this dealership. My sales advisor was Anastasiia. She was very courteous and pleasant. I have bought many cars in the past, and usually get stuck with someone who is pushy and rude. Dealing with her was a breath of fresh air. I would recommend you talk to her direct. Getting a loan was pretty easy. I have my own business and financing is never simple. They just needed 3 months of bank statements and financed with Capital One. No pay stubs, no W2 or 1099. Probably was at the dealership about 2 hours. I live near Wisconsin which is about a 45 min drive. And get this... they even drove the car to my house! I thought that was above and beyond good customer service. Most dealerships are such a total hassle. Jidd Motors made the experience simple. More
