SHADY Friendly, welcoming staff. They got right down to the business I needed them to and got me into the car that I wanted.. HOWEVER....during my intervie Friendly, welcoming staff. HOWEVER....during my interview with Capital One for my loan, I learned that they charged $500 for GAP insurance which is NOT REQUIRED and they also tacked on $2400 for an extended warranty that I DID NOT APPROVE.. Upon questioning, all they sent was the paperwork that I had signed. My fault for not reading each aand every detail, but I specifically asked what I was signing and they never said the price of the GAP and didn’t even mention the extended warranty. As it stands, no apology, no reconciliation of any kind. I would not recommend this dealership because they are not up front and will get you if you aren’t looking. More

They call the morning of to check on my progress in driving (long distance) to the dealership. Frank checked out “my car” the night before ensuring it was ready for my test drive and inspection. Frank guided me through a nice test drive that was longer than most and really let me check out the vehicle to make me feel great about my potential investment. I found Frank to be very encouraging but not overly aggressive in selling the car. He was very enjoyable to visit with on the test drive and handles the sales process wonderfully. More
