Worst dealership experience ever. I purchased a vehicle from Jidd Motors about two years ago and referred my husband, who purchased a vehicle earlier this month. We were at Jidd Motors I purchased a vehicle from Jidd Motors about two years ago and referred my husband, who purchased a vehicle earlier this month. We were at Jidd Motors from 9-5pm, not sure why. Worst experience I have ever had at a dealership. And after we finalized the numbers with the salesman (Nick) and manager (Mark), the deal was done and we did not see them after they walked us over to the finance department. We found our new car and took our belongings out of the old one – we never saw Nick or the Mark again. Jidd was supposed to pay off my previous auto loan – as of now they have not and because of this my credit report is damaged. If I never called to find out the status this issue would have prolonged. • False advertisement of a $100.00 referral • Policy and procedures are not being followed • Customer service is NOT their forte!
