This is the review I plan on leaving unless something is done. I have been driving Jeep Wranglers for over 15 years. I have always had 2 door Wranglers but, with the addition of our new child, it was time to upgrade to a 4 door. My wife and I had been shopping for a Wrangler 4 door Unlimited for over 6 months. We only wanted a green or blue Jeep. We found a nice 4 door 2008 Jeep Green Sahara online through Cars.com. It was being sold at Jidd Motors which is about 1.5 hours away from were we live. On Thursday, April 24th 2014, we contacted the dealership and immediately drove down. Once we got there we looked it over, test drove it and agreed on the internet price of 21955. They then pulled the Jeep under a lit awning so I could get a better look. At this point the salesman Hadir told me that the Car Fax on my 2007 trade in was bad. He showed me the Carfax and there was a huge exclamation point showing possible odometer rollback. I explained how the instrument cluster went bad and I swapped the instrument cluster out. When I went to DMV for emissions, it flagged as odometer rollback. He told me he could only offer $6000 for my trade in. I told him that Bluebook has it at 15 minimum and the Jeep I was trading in had a new engine put in less than a year ago and everything on the Jeep was excellent. He said he could only give me $6000. I said Thank You for your time and began to walk away. At this point he stopped and asked what I thought was a fair trade in value. I told him because of the odometer rollback I was expecting $13000-$15000 for trade in. He went to talk to the owner or manager who came down and spoke to me. The manager said that even though it was a “great looking Jeep” he “might not be able to sell it” and ‘may even lose money on it if he has to bring it to auction’. At that point, he offered us $10,000 for our trade in. I had just spent over $5,000 in new engine replacement less than 9 months ago. However, intimated by what he said to us, my wife and I reluctantly agreed. We also agreed to pay $4,402 for a “bumper to bumper” extended Warranty. We were told that if anything goes wrong with the engine, transmission, navigation or anything in the Jeep it would be covered minus a $200 deductable. The coverage would last for 2 years or 24,000 miles after date of purchase. We drove the Jeep home that night. On Saturday, April 26th, I checked the Jidd motors website and saw my trade in Jeep (VIN 1J4FA24137L152413) with an online price of $19555 with a retail of $24555. Almost a 100% mark up from what they gave me for trade in. I checked the Carfax at this time and took a screen shot on my computer. I also printed it out. It still showed the yellow exclamation point with possible odometer rollback. I checked on my old Jeep everyday on the Jidd Motors website to see how long it would take to sell. On Tuesday, April 29th, the Carfax for my old Jeep changed. It no longer had the exclamation point and no longer indicated odometer rollback. However they were able to do it, Jidd motors had the odometer rollback somehow removed. On Thursday, May 1st, I noticed a nail in my front drivers tire. I went to change the tire and could get one of the lugs off even with a breaker bar. I actually bent the stock crow bar trying to remove the lug. I called my local Jeep dealer, who has been serving all my Jeeps for last 10 years to schedule a tire rotation. On Wednesday, May 2nd I brought the Jeep in to have tires rotated and front tire repaired. They had to break the lug off because it had been torqued on so tight. The dealer also informed me of an oil leak and that the brake pads were almost gone as well as rotors needing to be replaced because they had rusted to the hub. They also said the rear diffential was going bad. I told them I had a warranty and that I would schedule out the repairs once I got in contact with the warranty company. When I got home, I immediately went through all the paper work Jidd Motors had provided and was unable to find anything about a warranty. The only thing that I had that pertained to the Warranty that I purchased was the bill for $4,402 and a brochure with what is covered. That night, I found the warranty company online and emailed them. On Friday May 2nd, I received an email from Becky at Warrentech asking for my contract number. I called Jidd motors and spoke with Hadir and asked for paperwork for the warranty I had purchased. He connected me to Tom in finance. Tom said he did give me the warranty info and that it should be on a yellow piece of paper that says “do not remove from car”. I explained to Tom that first, I worked with a female in finance and second, I have nothing more than a brochure. He said that his desk is “piled with shit with end of the month stuff” and asked if he could send it out to me the next day via email. He told me he would scan it and email it to me. I agreed. On Saturday, May 3rd, the Jeep didn’t start at all. I thought maybe I had left a light on or something and that the battery may have drained. I removed the battery and brought it to Auto Zone. They tested the battery and said it was fine. I bought a Jump Start kit as well as some jumper cables hoping this would get the Jeep started. Neither of these worked. I called Tom at 10am the morning of May 3rd and left a message saying I need the warranty info cause now the Jeep is sitting in my garage dead. I then attempted to start jeep again and it started right up indicating to that the starter is more than likely going bad. I called Tom again at 2:15pm and 5pm leaving 2 more messages on his voice mail. On Monday May 5th at 10:13 am, I called Tom again and left another message stating I needed the warranty information in particular, the contract number. He eventually called me back at 12:10pm and stated that ‘he had one of his girls send it and that I should have received it’. I told him I had checked my emails all weekend and
