This was not a miscommunication; it was a bate and switch. The price of the vehicle listed on your website was accurate, but at the dealership, there was an additional $5000 warranty package that was required to purchase the vehicle. We said we didn't want the warranty, but we were told that it was non negotiable. Please be honest with your customers and stop wasting our time with hidden fees.
