WARNING!!!! My experiences with Jim Barnard has been nothing but terrible and inconvenient. Awful service EVERY single time I brought the car back for a problem. My experiences with Jim Barnard has been nothing but terrible and inconvenient. Awful service EVERY single time I brought the car back for a problem. They could never seem to fix anything right the first time.- always had to return a day or 2 later. The car had a habit of dying and stalling out- but once it died while I was driving it on 390 late one night, I was done with it. Unbelievably, they seemed very unconcerned with this and were unable to find the problem. They sold me a terrible car and basically refused to help me at the end of the day. Will never return there for purchases or service. More

I went about 30 miles away, three times to look at advertised used cars, having done much of my research online. After looking at the third car I made a purchase which was handled by Tim. All the cars were very well priced but the third one was the one that I really liked. I dealt directly with both gentlemen listed (Tim and Patrick). Every contact with staff at Jim Barnard Chevy was positive and friendly. The paperwork was thoroughly explained and all my questions received complete answers. There was no pressure and I feel I received a great deal on a great car. I will need another car next year since this one was for a family member and I will start my search at Jim Barnard Chevy.
