Came in set down. they came with 1st offer and we did not like it. Was figuring on walking. Anthony came back the next offer was right on. worked the numbers between lower intrest rate a nd less incentives to more incentives and more intrest rate. 0.9% for the 48 months. we took the %4.95 with a $9000 incentive and paid some down on it. was asked about different warranties and plans for free oil change and etc. we declined all extra warranties. signed all paper work, drove new pickup home all in about 3 hours. Anthony worked like a mad man, but was always very pleasant and accommodating. professional. We left very satisfied and content. We all prayed for sheild of safteynfor both vehicles. All the time Inwas there Inwas figuring on saying no! . But the staff and everyone read us like a book and did not give us that option. Thank You Jim Bass Ford. More
