Took vehicle for no start. Upon looking at receipt, they first changed out a $55 fuse which remedied the no start but still changed out a perfectly good starter. The service department is so busy it's hard to contact rep, even after leaving messages. $1000 later they offer a oil change to appease frustration, which as a veteran I get discounted elsewhere. Considering getting rid of 2 Mazdas just to avoid this service department. More
