Constant issues, most troublesome purchase I've been through. There were several issues, paperwork had the wrong name on it, even when they had a copy of my driver license, took finance a month/3 visits through. Michael Gamez, Aaron Terry, Trey Jordan did everything they could every step of the way to make things right. Some issues were out of the dealerships hands, truck came from the factory with a windshield issue that allowed water into the cab, and they had it sent to their glass shop, removed the windshield and resealed it. Did not purchase my Ford expedition with them but was still under warranty when I received an issue with the electronic system. My vehicle died on me while driving. Was told I just needed a new battery. still under warranty when I received an issue with the electronic system. My vehicle died on me while driving. Was told I just needed a new battery. 5 days later I was told it was ready for pick up, but was not able to come for another 3 days due to being stuck at home because of a snow storm. So my vehicle sat there for a total of 8 days and when they brought it to me the error was still on the dash. Walked right back in and they took it back to the shop to find out it was the alternator. Now I’m out a vehicle for another week. I called twice in those 8 days to ask if they were sure it was just the battery because it died WHILE I was driving. Was reassured it was and then to be handed the vehicle WITH the error still on the dash and running boards not working right in front of them..awful! Very disappointed and will probably not buy another Ford due to the fact that the service here sucks and there is no other option while still under warranty in this town. More
