I have purchased cars from this dealership for the past 10 years but no more. I made an appointment for a warranty repair 3 weeks in advance. They initially said it would be ready the next day. It has been 36 days and counting that they have my car. When I asked for a loaner the first week, they said they would not help me get one. Later, after corporate got involved I was finally able get one 16 days later. I do not plan on purchasing another Kia after what has happened with my current car. More

For an oil change service, the Service Dept. let me leave with my engine almost a quart-and-a-half overfilled. That should never happen if properly verifying the oil level at the dipstick.
