Where to begin? When I originally bought my 2013 Chrysler 300 at this dealer back in 2015, everyone and everything was just amazing. Up until about a couple years ago is a different story. I understand my car is "old" now but I have been keeping up with all the suggested maintenance on motor and transmission as they advise me mainly to keep my forever warranty valid. (I don't do other maintenance like tires, brakes, etc not required by the warranty here at this location because of the high cost). I won't bore you with all the details of everything that has gone wrong for me at this location. What they lack is communication not only between mechanics/techs and the service advisors (the ones that come and check you in and out) but also the communication to the customer. They also don't keep their word. My previous visit in August, I was told a manager would call me and help work things out but it is now the ends of 2023 and nothing. What prompts me to write this review is this last visit. We took it to get an oil change and we weren't mentioned that my car was leaking oil (again).( This was part of the issue back in August.) It was on the checkout paperwork and that is how we found out. But on there it says we declined it. How could we decline service if we didn't know about it. The only good thing I have to say that I deem worthy of mentioning is that the service advisor Scott Lash is always the one that ends up helping us work things out. I know at times as unsatisfied customers we can be a bit rude but he manages to maintain cool under the pressure. He didn't take care of us this last time. I know if he did, we would have been informed of the oil leakage. I know many may ask then why continue to return to this place? It is because of our warranty and they have records of all our maintenance done here. But also because we have been having issues with oil leakage for a few years and they are the only ones touching my motor. And I believe they should be responsible for fixing the issue. More

I have used Jim Browne to service my vehicles since I moved here from Penna. This time most of the service was done to perfection. That is, all but my new wiper blades. I left the dealership after the w moved here from Penna. This time most of the service was done to perfection. That is, all but my new wiper blades. I left the dealership after the work was performed and drove home. Later that night we went to see friends and when we left there was dew on the windshield. I used the wipers, and to my dismay, there were no wiper blades. I checked and the new blades were laying there and were not connected. I drove to the dealer the next morning and they were installed immediately. All other work was done and I was satisfied. This is the first time I ever had an issue with the dealership. More
