I was told it would be approximately a two hour wait; however, my vehicle was serviced and ready to go within an hour and a half. The personnel were very friendly and the waiting room is very nice. Jim Browne's waiting room is large, provides free water and some snacks, and you have plenty of spaced out seating so you're not sitting on top of each other.
