I purchased my Ram 2500 truck from Jim Browne in 2019. I got the extended warranty and the Jim Browne Power Train Warranty by doing all the service on my truck through Jim Browne service department. Thi I got the extended warranty and the Jim Browne Power Train Warranty by doing all the service on my truck through Jim Browne service department. This year (2023) I noticed an oil leak from the front of the truck engine. I took my truck to Jim Browne for my routine service and the oil leak. My service department advisor Gene had the oil leak checked and came back and told me that the mechanic did not think I should drive the truck until it was fixed. Gene immediately informed me that the Power Train warranty would cover the oil leak repair and the car rental. The following week the truck repairs were completed, and I got my truck back. Gene did a great job and Jim Browne Ram stepped up to the plate and covered the Power Train repair without hesitation. I am a believer in Jim Browne lifetime Power Train warranty. Gene did an awesome job in explaining the repair process and taking care of its customers. Great Service More
